The Loft is available Monday through Friday for $80/ Hour with a 4 Hour minimum booking time.
The Loft is available Saturday for $100/ Hour with an 8 Hour minimum booking time.
10am-11pm - 13 hours ($950)
The Loft is available Sunday for $100/ Hour with a 6 Hour minimum booking time.
If you feel like you need extra time setting up for your event, you can start setting up Friday afternoon (or have a rehearsal/ rehearsal dinner.) from 12pm-8pm and still have all day Saturday for your event.

Yes, however it's up to you to hire security through a current police officer and a tabc licensed bar tender. This is non negotiable due to Texas law.
No, due to booking prior we will have hired staff already for an extended amount of time and would have planned other events around yours. Changing times last minute could alter the quality of our next event.
Yes, all outside event vendors are allowed with the approval from The Loft. All outside vendors need to comply with the venue policies, but we are happy to have them.
Yes, of course, however this must be schedule in advance between the time 1pm-5:30pm Monday- Thursday. Our clients are given 2 hour planning periods without charge. Coming unscheduled will hinder/ intervene with other clients's scheduled times, or no one will be available to open the venue to you.
The maximum capacity is 125 people.
Yes, we provide all the Tables and chairs you'll need for your event of a maximum capacity of 125 people.
